Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player") and the borneo88 platform ("Platform", "Company", "We"). This document fully governs access to and use of all services provided by borneo88 including but not limited to sports betting, online slots, live casino, crash games and any other services that may be added in the future.

1.2 Continued use of the borneo88 platform after the date the terms are updated means you accept those changes. It is the player's responsibility to review these terms from time to time to stay informed of the latest version.

1.3 This document should be read together with the borneo88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between the player and this platform.

Player Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To register and use a borneo88 account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not hold any borneo88 account that is currently active or was previously closed.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration.

2.2 Each player is only permitted to hold one account with borneo88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the immediate closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses within them.

2.3 Players are fully responsible for all activities that take place through their account. Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any party. Any suspicious activity must be reported to borneo88 customer support without delay.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 borneo88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

3.2 The minimum amount for each deposit transaction is RM30. Withdrawals may be made with a minimum amount of RM100. No additional fees are charged by the platform for standard transactions.

3.3 The standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the payment method chosen and the security checks required. borneo88 does not guarantee a specific timeframe and this period may be longer in situations requiring additional verification.

3.4 borneo88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests for security and compliance review purposes. Players may be asked to provide proof of identity or source of funds before a withdrawal is processed.

Promotions and Bonuses

4.1 borneo88 offers various promotions to players from time to time. The available welcome bonus is a 200% first deposit bonus up to RM1,000. The specific terms for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page and form part of this agreement.

4.2 The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Calculated examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Balance RM2,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

4.3 Bonuses may only be used for gambling purposes within the borneo88 platform. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the cancellation of that bonus.

4.4 borneo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players suspected of abusing promotions through unfair or unethical methods will forfeit all related bonuses.

Game Rules

5.1 All games available on the borneo88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games — are subject to their respective rules and game mechanics as stated in the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

5.2 Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. Any complaint relating to a game result must be submitted to customer support within 72 hours of the incident.

5.3 Borneo88 does not guarantee the availability of any particular game at all times. Game providers reserve the right to update, suspend or remove their game titles, and borneo88 is not responsible for such changes.

Player Conduct

6.1 Players agree to use the borneo88 platform lawfully, responsibly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the system or manipulate game results.
• Using funds obtained from illegal activities to make deposits.
• Making false representations about your identity or personal information.
• Accessing the platform via VPN or location-masking technology to bypass regional restrictions.

Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Borneo88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any player account without prior notice if:

• There is suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The player breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player is found to hold multiple accounts.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• Instructions are issued by a relevant authority.

7.2 Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the borneo88 customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed and any valid remaining funds will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 The borneo88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. Borneo88 is not liable for any service interruptions, data loss or financial losses arising from technical failures, cyberattacks or factors beyond our control.

8.2 Gambling carries real financial risk. Players agree that the decision to place bets is entirely their own personal responsibility. Borneo88 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players.

Privacy and Data Policy

9.1 The collection, processing and storage of players' personal data is governed by the borneo88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy thoroughly to understand how their information is managed.

9.2 By registering a borneo88 account, players give us consent to collect and process personal data for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fulfilling legal compliance requirements and service improvement.

Amendments to Terms

10.2 Amendments that involve material changes to player rights will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the borneo88 platform after an amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

11.1 The borneo88 platform operates under an international licence. All services provided by borneo88 are subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the licence is issued.

11.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution authority designated by the licensing body.

11.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
